The Participatr website formed part of a wider consultation exercise carried out by Sulis Public Affairs, providing local home-seekers with less time on their hands with an opportunity to get involved and have their say.
The Leadenham project team has also benefited from access to a password-protected consultation 'dashboard'. This tool means that the team can manually input the written feedback gathered at drop-in sessions held at a venue local to the site. The dashboard then automatically analyses all feedback as a whole, enabling rapid response to the key issues identified during consultation and a timely planning submission.
This 'dashboard' also includes an interactive map, showing where participants reside in relation to the development site, as well as pie charts showing the breakdown of feedback by age group and participant type.
