No, we don't provide off-the-shelf software. We create flexible, managed, bespoke online engagement solutions and services that respond to the unique requirements of each project.

Each of our services is custom-built, curated and managed by our experienced people from start-to-finish, minimising the need for specialist training and onboarding whilst freeing up your team to do what they do best.

HOW RELIABLE IS YOUR DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM?

None of our online engagement tools have experienced any down time since our first website launched in September 2016.

They are hosted on our own dedicated web server, which performs daily backups of participant data and which would continue to operate as normal for up to 24 hours in the event of a power cut. What's more, Google reCaptcha keeps our websites fully protected against automated responses, spam and hijacking.

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO MANAGING PERSONAL DATA?

We are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation, governing how personal data is gathered and used.

We only store personal data where it is absolutely necessary and only for as long as necessary. That's why our engagement websites will never ask participants to create a login account, as this tends to mean personal data is held for longer than needed and creates a barrier to participation.
